Although our items are all made with love and care we appreciate that occasionally things are not always as expected.

Giving (or getting) a gift this Christmas?
It's Christmas and that means gift giving season. Orders placed from the 1st December can be returned up until the 23rd January 2014, subject to our usual returns policy.
21 Days To Change Your Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn item in its original condition for a refund minus original postage charges within 21 days of purchase.
Please note that items must have tags attached and be in a saleable condition. Items that have evidence of being worn will not be accepted. We do not offer a free returns service so you will have to pay to return your items.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer exchanges. If you do wish to return your item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Please note that the cost of postage will not be refunded. We will endeavour to process your refund straight away but please allow between 5-7 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund.
If you are over the 21 day return period, it is with regret that we cannot provide a refund, unless your item is faulty, in which case you are entitled to a full refund. Due to health regulations, we cannot offer refunds on either pierced jewellery or on intimate apparel where the hygiene seal has been removed.
