Returns and Refunds

Although our items are all made with love and care we appreciate that occasionally things are not always as expected.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn item in it's original condition for an exchange or refund minus postage costs within 21 days of purchase.

If you are over the 21 day return period, it is with regret that we cannot refund but will offer an exchange.

We will endeavour to process your refund or exchange straight away but please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund.
